I am Alexia—a mother of two, a lover of nature, art and beauty, an everyday mystic, and a forever student of life. I am a professionally trained Co-Active Coach and am currently training in the VITA coaching methodology for sex, love, and relationships.
My personal transformation was catalyzed by the stillness of the 2020 pandemic. It ignited a journey of self-awareness and a deep desire to understand my purpose. With the support of incredible coaches and teachers, I uncovered my authentic essence, which ultimately led me to coaching. This path required immense courage; as I transitioned away from parts of my life that no longer aligned with who I was becoming, I experienced powerful initiations in both my career and personal life. Now, in my fourth decade of life, I am more radiant, more alive and connected to my body and heart than ever before.
A proud Latina originally from Honduras and a citizen of the world, I bring the perspective of an engineer with a 20-year international corporate career. As a coach, my purpose is to support others in living authentically. I believe our deepest desires are sacred and that we are collectively better when we live in alignment with our unique purpose.
I am committed to helping people reclaim their truth, grounded in self-love and self-authority. I work with individuals from all walks of life—those navigating challenging transitions, ambitious mothers re-emerging into their creative power, and those awakening to right relationship or seeking impactful career changes.
